PURPOSE OF CONTEST
MKS Supply, LLC is giving away three (3) Hi-Point® Firearms carbine stocks hydro-dipped in Winter Mimicry™. Three (3) individual will be selected at random by MKS Supply , LLC to be the Grand Prize Winner as set forth below.
The “Hi-Point® Winter Stock GIVEAWAY” (the “Contest”) begins at 1:00 P.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 24th, 2021 and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on March 3rd, 2021 (the “Submission Period”).
SPONSOR
The Contest is sponsored by MKS Supply, LLC, Dayton, Ohio (the "Sponsor"). The Contest shall not be published without the written permission of the Sponsor.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Each Entrant must provide a telephone number and e-mail address with which they can be reached on the Selection Date at time of entry. The Entrant whose submission is selected (the “Grand Prize Winner”) must have a valid driver’s license and a unique, personal, and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the grand prize (“Grand Prize”) defined below. Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements as further defined in these Official Rules. *THIS CONTEST IS NOT OPEN TO ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO IS PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW FROM RECEIVING OR POSSESSING THE GRAND PRIZE OR WHERE THE GRAND PRIZE IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED FROM BEING SOLD BY OR DELIVERED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE IN THE STATE IN WHICH THE INDIVIDUAL RESIDES.
TO ENTER
There is one (1) way to enter into the Contest as outlined below, an Entrant can submit one (1) entry:
Online Entry Form via the Website: To enter, visit www.hi-pointfirearms.com (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and click on the Contest link to be directed to the official online entry form (the “Entry Form”). Then, complete the Entry Form in its entirety including your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, including area code, date of birth, address city, state and zip code. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting and entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account (provided via the Entry Form) is registered (“Authorized Account Holder”). The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged entries.
EFFECT OF ENTRY
By entering the Contest and in exchange for a chance to be selected as the Grand Prize Winner, Entrant grants to Sponsor any and all intellectual property or other rights to his or her proposed name or names, and Entrant agrees that any submitted name is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor, and Entrant waives any intellectual property rights, legal interest, or equitable interest in the use of any proposed name submitted by Entrant as part of this Contest. Entrant acknowledges that he or she shall not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, or any other payment from Sponsor or anyone else for the use of any name submitted by Entrant in this Contest, and Entrant expressly waives any claim to such.
PRIZE
The Grand Prize Winners will be awarded one (1) of three (3) Hi-Point carbine stocks hydro-dipped in Winter Mimicry (the “Grand Prize). The total approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $200.00. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Sponsor will bear the cost of delivery of the Grand Prize from Dayton, Ohio to a federal firearms licensee of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice in the Grand Prize Winner’s state of residence. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for payment of any transfer/dealer/license or other fees that may be required by the federal firearms licensee or any governmental or regulatory body. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner.
WINNING/NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will select a proposed name at its sole discretion on or before March 3rd, 2021 (the “Selection Date”) to be the winning name (“Winning Name”) If the Winning Name was submitted by only one Entrant, that Entrant will become the Grand Prize Winner. If the Winning Name was submitted by more than one Entrant, one such Entrant will be selected at random from among all Entrants that submitted the Winning Name during the Contest Period and will become the “Grand Prize Winner.” Odds of being selected as the Grand Prize Winner by this method will depend upon the total number of Entrants who submitted the Winning Name as a valid Entry during the Contest Period. The random selection will be conducted in the following manner: each such Entrant who submitted the Winning Name will be assigned a number and then one number out of the total range of such numbers will be selected by a third-party computerized randomizer. The Sponsor’s decisions are based upon its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.
THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY THE SPONSOR BY TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and 4:30 P.M. ET ON March 4th, 2021, SUBJECT TO VERIFCATION (the “Notification”). In the event the Sponsor cannot reach a potential grand prize winner via the Notification after two (2) attempts are made by telephone and 48 hours have passed without an e-mail response, or if it is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit his or her claim to the Grand Prize.
RELEASE
by participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Hi-Point Firearms, MKS Supply, Inc., and each of its respective officers, directors, managers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates agents, members, shareholders, insurers, servants, division predecessors, successors, representatives, dealers, distributors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, consultants and legal advisor (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt, redemption or use of any Prize.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (b) any property loss, damage personal injury or death, in connection with the Grand Prize provided pursuant to this Contest and/or any person’s participation in the Contest; (c) any printing or typographical errors in any Contest related materials; (d) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, applicable; and (e) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software (including Entrant’s particular wireless device carrier network), hardware or software. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
ENTRANTS' PERSONAL INFORMATION
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his or her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Further, each Entrant grants Sponsor permission to contact him or her for marketing or promotional purposes in the course of Sponsor’s business.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
The Grand Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective affiliate companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned.
